  Traveo Residences is accessible via multiple transportation options: Public Utility Vehicles (PUVs): Mini buses and jeepneys are available. Take a PUV heading towards [mention a nearby landmark or general area, e.g., "San Mateo town proper"]. From there, you'll need to take a tricycle (trike) to Traveo Residences. Direct PUVs are also available from Marikina and Quezon City. Grab: The area is readily serviced by Grab, making it easy to book a ride.
  Traveo Residences offers the following home options: 1-Car Garage Units: Designed for individuals or small families with one vehicle. 2-Car Garage Units: Ideal for families with multiple vehicles or those needing extra storage space.
  All units are delivered with standard finishes.
  To maintain the structural integrity and aesthetic consistency of the development, only interior modifications are permitted.
  All units at Traveo Residences come equipped with: Powder Room: A conveniently located powder room for guests, separate from the main bathrooms. Service Area: A designated service area with provisions for laundry equipment.
  The development features: 24-Hour Security Open Spaces Security System
  The contracted service providers are Meralco for electricity services and Manila Water for water services.
  To arrange a site visit, please contact us 2-3 days before your desired date. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.
  To reserve a unit, please follow these steps: Make the full payment of the reservation fee. Complete the Client Information Sheet. Sign the Quotation Form. Submit two (2) valid government-issued IDs. Our sales team will then guide you through the next steps.
  You are required to submit photocopies of two (2) valid government-issued IDs. Please bring the original IDs for verification purposes.
  The down payment is PHP 488,400.00, payable over 15 months with monthly installments of PHP 30,560.00.
  The bank financing terms are as follows: loan amount of PHP 4,395,600.00, payable over 30 years with monthly amortizations of PHP 29,243.96.
